Dev an outdoor enthusiast has always loved being in the mountains and thrives in wilderness. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tribhuvan University. His curiosity to learn about different cultures, languages, ethnics, and his personal passion towards the mountains naturally led him to choose this profession. He started his trekking career in 2006. He got his Trekking Guide license and City Tour Guide license from Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM). He is also trained in Mountain Safety and First aid, Altitude Sickness, Water Purification etc. He has also led several trekking trips in different regions of Himalaya and Katmandu City tours which includes several UNESCO heritage sites and loves to capture guest’s perfect photographic moments in these places. He enjoys sharing stories about Nepal history, culture, and its heritage which helps guests to appreciate Nepal’s true beauty. He has also done multiple rescue options in different areas of Nepal and involved in various volunteering activities.
